Quinceanera Photoshoot
Monday, 14 May 2012 17:59 Published in Quinceañeras Written by Miami Wedding Photography Be the first to comment!Quinceañera: sometimes called Fiesta de Quince Años, Fiesta de Quinceañera, Quince Años or simply Quince, is the celebration of a girl's fifteenth birthday in parts of Latin America and elsewhere in communities of people from Latin America. This birthday is celebrated differently from any other birthday, as it marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood. The celebration, however, varies significantly across countries, with celebrations in some countries taking on, for example, more religious overtones than in others. Celebrate with a grandiose photoshoot at local mansions or palaces.

Below are a few of our favorite water activities.
Weddings in Key West
Wednesday, 21 March 2012 00:00 Written by Miami Wedding Photography Be the first to comment! There was a time when a "destination wedding" was instead called "eloping". It usually meant the couple ran away and no one knew they were married until they returned with a marriage license. Of course, many couples still elope but times have changed. Now, a destination wedding can be a grand affair with all your friends and family invited or just the bride and groom. Almost every couple who decides to have a destination wedding say they "want to do something different". Below are a few of the other reasons why Key West is an amazing place for a desitnation wedding.
Key West Beach Weddings
Tuesday, 20 March 2012 23:54 Written by Miami Wedding Photography Be the first to comment!Located on the Atlantic Ocean, Smather's public beach is about 3/4 to 1 mile in length. It is the largest beach on the island. The beach is accessible from a sidewalk (great for a jog or roller blading on another day!) which runs along South Roosevelt Boulevard. There are short flights of stairs about every 100 feet, which take you up to the beach. Each of these sets of stairs has a number. Concession stands and restrooms are located at the west end of the beach. We typically perform our ceremonies at the east end, where there are usually less sunbathers but there may be other weddings. Lots of palm trees and white sand make this a great beach for wedding photographs. Even though for a large part of the year the sun will set behind the island, there can still be great color and "mood" at sunset.

Have you always dreamed of a beach wedding? Imagine standing barefoot in the sand, beside the ocean and surrounded by palm trees. Or, for the ultimate wedding at sea and the best view of sunset - consider getting married on a boat. Choose from historic schooners, large catamarans and luxury yachts. Or, maybe a tropical Key West garden wedding, at one of the many historic homes and mansions. Also, getting married in Key West is very easy. Obtaining your Florida marriage license will take less than 30 minutes.
Wedding on Duval, Key West - Photography
Tuesday, 20 March 2012 23:30 Written by Miami Wedding Photography Be the first to comment! For many reasons, more and more couples are choosing to have a destination wedding. Often they want to avoid the stress (and expense) of planning an extravagent affair back home. Some couples elope to Key West, then, at a later date have a reception back home. Just think...you can wear your wedding dress twice and show everyone your Key West wedding photos. We can even publish your photos on the web the day after your wedding for your friends and family to view. Destination weddings are also great honeymoons. There are so many fun things to do in Key West. Snorkeling & diving at the coral reef, kayaking, sailing, golf and much more. Add in warm weather, world-class restaurants, galleries, museums, a charming historic district, nightlife (plenty of that!) and romantic accommodations.
