This historic landmark was built in 1927, and its original gateway marks the northeast entrance to George E. Merricks, "City Beautiful," Coral Gables. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it features a recently restored Grand Ballroom and Archroom whose main entrance is through a beautiful grand staircase.
